Trip to Snowshoe, WV
February 1 - 5, 2026  (Sunday - Thursday)
Trip Cost: varies based on participants and bed/pillow configuration, ranging from $371 to $495

Trip Details:

• 4 Nights Lodging at 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2 level house. Check in Feb 1 after 4pm, leave by 10am on Feb 5
• 3 planned evening dinners prepared at the house and last night of either leftovers or “on your own”. Bring your own beverages.
• Pricing will be determined by the number of participants (8-11), and bed/pillow configuration, ranging from $371 to $495; Another lodging option may be considered if there’s additional interest when maximum occupancy is reached. This will give an option for a limited number of single supplements, price TBD based on number of participants.
• Deposit of $150 due by Nov 1, Remaining balance due by Dec 27, 2025. Pay on the club’s website.
• Must be a 2025-2026 season paid member of Lexington Ski and Snowboard Club or any other OVSC club
• 3 full days of skiing Monday-Wednesday; option to buy a 3-Day Flex Pass on Snowshoe’s website for $199, suggest before Oct 1, 2025. It will no longer be available once the ski season begins or sooner if they sell out.
• Transportation will be car-pooling when possible. A 4-wheel or all-wheel vehicle is recommended due to the steep driveway at the house. Option of parking at the Top of the World lot 0.5 miles away.
• This trip is popular and will sell out fast! Secure your spot early!!
